Return & Shipping Policy – Keller Boutique

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. By placing an order with Keller Boutique, you agree to the terms below.
No exceptions will be made.


RETURNS

Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original packaging

  • With all tags attached

Items that arrive in a different condition cannot be accepted.

For hygiene-sensitive items, products must be clean and unused before starting the return process.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Tights

  • Hygiene-sensitive accessories

  • Beauty or skincare products (if applicable)


RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, email support@kellerboutique.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Your contact details

You must wait for our approval email before sending anything back.


REFUNDS

Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 30 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

COSTS

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Keller Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.

Return Address

Returns must be shipped to our designated return facility.
Return shipping costs vary depending on your location and start at approximately $20–$35 USD, depending on carrier rates.

The exact return address will be provided once your request is approved.


EXCEPTIONS

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

If a mistake occurs again on the replacement shipment, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated processing system.
